Yuva Kaushal Development Foundation (YKDF) NGO was established in 2017.

With the vision of highly motivated and enterprising educationalist Mr. Sudhir Giri with the aim “To be a world class Skill Empowering and Training Institution for Youth”. We at YKDF are constantly working with full passion, commitment and integrity to provide quality education and skill training to the youth of the country. What we do is not just about skills, or qualifications, or jobs. It’s about tapping individual potential to help people develop the skills to find meaningful and sustainable employment.

India has the world’s largest youth population. Nearly 300 million are underemployed or unemployed. On the other side industry is in acute shortage of skilled labor. This clearly highlights that most of our youth population is under skilled and therefore unemployable. YKDF vision of starting today to be a part of changing face of tomorrow, to building a locally employable, nationally demanded and globally prepared skilled workforce.

We believe quality primary education play the important role to ensure the broad-based development of underprivileged children. This means ensuring that all underprivileged children are able to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, cultural and physical skills to the best of their abilities, preparing them for their further school career.YKDF takes care of more than 200 underprivileged children in primary education, digital education, better health, nutrition and every other activity that is required for the overall development of the children.
